How to watch your Plei videos on your TV with AirPlay
With iOS screen mirroring you can watch on your TV whatever you play in Plei. You do not need to install anything else.
What you need
- An Apple TV or an AirPlay-compatible smart TV.
- The iPhone and the TV on the same Wi-Fi network.
Steps
Start playing a video in Plei.
Open iOS Control Center (swipe down from the top-right corner).
Tap Screen Mirroring and choose your Apple TV or TV from the list.
If asked, enter on the iPhone the code shown on the TV.
To stop mirroring, go back to Control Center, tap Screen Mirroring again and choose Stop Mirroring.
Tips
- Mirroring shows on the TV what you see on the iPhone, so the iPhone must stay on with Plei open.
- Turn the iPhone to landscape to use the whole screen.
- It works with anything you play. If something stutters, try moving closer to the router or see the list will not load or the video stutters.
What about Chromecast?
