Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 June 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern your use of the AIDO TV app ("the app"), developed by AIDO Media ("we"). By installing or using the app you accept this Agreement, the Content Notice and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the app on your compatible devices for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement.

3. What the app is (and is not)

AIDO TV is a player for IPTV playlists. It provides, hosts, indexes and controls no content. It ships empty and you enter your own M3U or Xtream Codes playlists. You are solely responsible for the legality of those playlists and the content you access. See the Content Notice, which forms part of this Agreement.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

5. Versions, trial and Premium subscription

6. Payments, renewal and cancellation

All purchases are processed through the app store you installed AIDO TV from (Google Play or Amazon Appstore) and are also governed by that store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your store account. Refunds are governed by the store's policy; AIDO Media does not process payments directly.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its code, design, and the AIDO TV/AIDO Media trademarks and logos are owned by AIDO Media or its licensors and protected by law. This Agreement transfers no rights in them beyond the licence described. Channel names and logos that may appear belong to their owners (see Content Notice).

8. Third-party services and content

Playback depends on third-party servers and playlists we do not control. We do not guarantee their availability, quality or legality. Your use of third-party services (your IPTV provider, the app store, RevenueCat) is also governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDO Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for the legality, quality or availability of content you access through your playlists. Nothing here excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. mandatory consumer rights).

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold AIDO Media harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the app or of content you access via playlists you configure.

12. Termination

This Agreement is in force while you use the app. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms. You may terminate it by uninstalling the app.

13. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of habitual residence within the EU.

14. Changes and contact

We may modify this Agreement; the date and version appear at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact: privacy@aidomedia.com.
