AIDO TV is a Smart TV app developed and published by AIDO Media, based in Spain. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the app, in compliance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

We run no servers of our own. Your IPTV credentials, favorites and settings live only on your device. We show no ads, use no analytics and collect no usage data. The only third parties that process any information relate to the optional Premium purchases, listed in section 4.
AIDO TV is an IPTV playlist player. We do not host, provide or control the channels, movies or series you play. Content comes from Xtream Codes or M3U playlists you enter yourself. You are solely responsible for the legality of the playlists and content you access (see the Content Notice).
The following is never transmitted to any server of ours (we have none). It is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device:
Uninstalling the app removes all of this automatically.
AIDO TV integrates only the following services, related solely to optional Premium purchases. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

Premium purchases are processed entirely by the store. We never see your card number, name or address: we only receive from RevenueCat the confirmation that your install is entitled to Premium, tied to an anonymous ID.
Third-party policies:
Local data is kept while the app is installed. You can delete it by removing playlists in Settings → Manage lists, clearing the app's data in your device settings, or uninstalling. Third-party data follows their own policies.
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. As all your data is on your own device, you hold and control it at all times. For data held by third parties (Google/Amazon, RevenueCat), use their tools. To exercise rights against AIDO Media, email privacy@aidomedia.com. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
AIDO TV is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect children's data. IPTV playlists can contain channels of any nature, including adult content: the app includes a PIN-based parental control, and parents or guardians are responsible for the playlists configured on the device.
Google/Amazon and RevenueCat (USA) may process data outside the EEA. They adhere to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and apply Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard.
Your playlist credentials are stored in the OS per-app private storage (sandbox), not accessible to other apps. The parental PIN is stored as a hash.
