1. Who we are

Terra Phoenix is a mobile game developed and published by AIDO Apps, based in Spain. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the app, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Spanish data-protection law (LOPDGDD 3/2018).

2. One-sentence summary

Your game progress lives only on your device. We show no ads, use no analytics and collect no usage data. We ask for no personal data, and there are no in-app purchases.

3. Nature of the app

Terra Phoenix is a single-player arcade game. There is no user account, no sign-up and no login. All your progress (scores, upgrades, ships, in-game currency, streak, settings) is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device and is not synced to any servers of ours.

4. Information we process

4.1. Data stored only on your device

The following never leaves your device (it stays in the app's local storage):

• Your game progress: best score, hangar upgrades, unlocked ships, in-game currency, campaign, streak, challenges and mastery
• Your preferences: sound on/off, equipped ship, etc.

Uninstalling the app automatically deletes this data along with it.

4.2. Data shared with third parties

Terra Phoenix shares no information with any third party. It integrates no analytics, advertising or in-app purchase services.

4.3. Data we do NOT collect

• No user account: no email, name or profile is recorded
• No advertising and no advertising identifiers
• No usage analytics (which runs you play, how long you play, which ships you use)
• No access to your GPS location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos
• No personal, health, financial or payment data
• No in-app purchases in this version

5. Legal basis

• Local on-device data: performance of the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); essential for the game to work and save your progress.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data is kept while the app is installed. You can delete it by uninstalling the app or by clearing the app's data from your system settings.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

As a user in the EU you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Since all your data is on your own device, you hold and control it at all times.

8. Children

Terra Phoenix is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children: no information leaves the device at all. We do not direct advertising or profiling at children.

9. International transfers

There are no international data transfers: Terra Phoenix shares no information with third parties and runs no servers of its own.

10. Security

Your progress is stored in the system's per-app private storage (sandbox), not accessible by other apps.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or the law. The date and version of the last update appear at the top of this document. If we add advertising or in-app purchases in the future, we will update this policy before enabling them.
