Terra Phoenix is a mobile game developed and published by AIDO Apps, based in Spain. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the app, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Spanish data-protection law (LOPDGDD 3/2018).

Your game progress lives only on your device. The only data that leaves it is anonymous usage analytics (via Google Analytics) that helps us improve the game. We ask for no personal data, show no ads, and there are no in-app purchases.
Terra Phoenix is a single-player arcade game. There is no user account, no sign-up and no login. All your progress (scores, upgrades, ships, in-game currency, streak, settings) is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device and is not synced to any servers of ours.
The following never leaves your device (it stays in the app's local storage):
Uninstalling the app automatically deletes this data along with it.
To understand how the game is played and to improve it, we send anonymous usage events to Google Analytics (Firebase). Specifically:
This information is anonymous and aggregated: we do not link it to your real identity and it cannot identify you personally. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA), we do no cross-app tracking and no advertising profiling.
For anonymous analytics we integrate the following service, acting as a processor:

Local data is kept while the app is installed. You can delete it by uninstalling the app or by clearing the app's data from your system settings. Analytics data in Google Analytics is kept anonymously for the property's configured retention period (up to 14 months by default).
As a user in the EU you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Note that:

Terra Phoenix is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children: the only information leaving the device is anonymous usage analytics, with no personal identifiers and no advertising. We do not direct advertising or profiling at children.
Google (Google Analytics) may process data in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and applies Standard Contractual Clauses as an additional safeguard.
Your progress is stored in the system's per-app private storage (sandbox), not accessible by other apps. Analytics is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or the law. The date and version of the last update appear at the top of this document. If we add advertising or in-app purchases in the future, we will update this policy before enabling them.
