1. Nature of the app

Terra Phoenix (the "game" or the "app") is an entertainment arcade video game developed by AIDO Apps, based in Spain. Its sole purpose is leisure. It is not a professional, educational, medical or any other kind of tool, and must not be used as such.

2. Intellectual property

The game, including its code, graphics, sounds, design, mechanics and the name "Terra Phoenix", is owned by AIDO Apps or used under licence, and is protected by intellectual-property law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, decompilation or modification is prohibited. "AIDO Apps" is a mark of AIDO Apps; any other marks that may be mentioned belong to their respective owners and are cited, where applicable, for descriptive purposes only, without implying any affiliation or endorsement.

3. Acceptable use

By using Terra Phoenix, you agree to:

• Use the game only for personal entertainment and in accordance with the law
• Not attempt to decompile, modify, alter or redistribute the app
• Not use the app for unlawful purposes or purposes other than intended

4. Game progress and data loss

All your progress (scores, upgrades, ships, in-game currency) is stored only on your device. AIDO Apps holds no copy of your progress and therefore cannot recover it if it is lost due to device failure, reset, data clearing or uninstallation.

5. No warranties

The app is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with all devices on the market. AIDO Apps actively works to fix issues reported by email.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIDO Apps shall not be liable for:

• Loss of progress or of data stored locally on your device
• Interruptions, errors or occasional failures in the operation of the app
• Indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game
• Use of the app for purposes other than intended

7. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: your progress lives on your device and we only send anonymous usage analytics to improve the game; there is no advertising and no in-app purchases.

8. Changes

AIDO Apps reserves the right to modify this notice to reflect changes in the app or the law. The date and version of the last update appear at the top of this document.

9. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the law.
