Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Stack & Crash ("the game"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you disagree, do not use the game. The game is published by AIDO Media (AIDO Apps division), Spain.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game on your devices, subject to these terms and the store's terms (Google Play). You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game except as permitted by law.

3. The game is provided "as is"

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIDO Media is not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the game. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

4. Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. The related data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You can remove interstitial ads via the "Remove ads" purchase.

5. In-app purchases

• The game offers optional purchases: "Remove ads", coin packs, skins and a starter bundle. None are required to play.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play. Google Play's terms and refund policy apply.
• Coin packs are consumables: once the coins are credited, the purchase is considered delivered.
• For refunds, contact Google Play. As the developer we can help with issues at privacy@aidomedia.com.

6. Virtual currency and items

Coins, skins and shields are virtual items with no real monetary value. They are not redeemable for money, not transferable outside the game and have no value outside it. They may be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data. We may adjust prices, rewards or the item catalog in future versions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use cheats, mods, automation or exploits to alter the game, its coin economy or purchases, nor to interfere with the integrated third-party services.

8. Intellectual property

The game, its code, graphics, sound, brand and design are owned by AIDO Media or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

9. Changes and availability

We may update, modify or discontinue the game or any feature. We may revise these terms; the date and version appear at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your EU country of residence.
