1. Who we are

Stack & Crash is a mobile game developed and published by AIDO Media (AIDO Apps division), based in Spain. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679).

Data controller: AIDO Media
Contact email: privacy@aidomedia.com

2. One-sentence summary

We have no user accounts and no game servers: your progress, coins and settings live only on your device. The only data leaving your device is handled by three third parties under their own policies: Google AdMob (to show ads) and Google Play Billing + RevenueCat (for optional purchases). We do not collect your name, email or direct personal data.

3. Nature of the app

Stack & Crash is a skill game with no account. It works without sign-up. It needs an internet connection only to show ads and process purchases; gameplay itself does not require being online.

4. Information we process

4.1. Data stored only on your device

The following never reaches our servers (we have no game servers); it is stored in the app's private storage:

Uninstalling the game deletes all of this automatically.

4.2. Data processed by third parties

Stack & Crash integrates the following services, each under its own privacy policy:

ServicePurposeData processedLocation
Google AdMob (ads) Show and measure interstitial and rewarded video ads Advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), device information and ad interactions USA (Google LLC)
Google Play Billing Process in-app purchases Transaction ID, amount, currency. The buyer's identity is handled by the store via your Google account USA (Google LLC)
RevenueCat Validate and restore purchase status across installs Anonymous install ID, store transaction ID, purchase/restore event USA (RevenueCat, Inc.)

Third-party policies:

4.3. Data we do NOT collect

5. Advertising and consent (EU)

We show ads through Google AdMob. In the EEA and UK, before personalizing ads the game presents Google's consent form (UMP) in line with the GDPR and the ePrivacy directive. You can choose personalized or non-personalized ads; either way you can keep playing.

If you buy "Remove ads", the app stops showing interstitial ads and stops that advertising data collection.

6. Legal basis

7. Retention and deletion

On-device data is kept while the game is installed. You can remove it by clearing the app's data in device settings or uninstalling. Third-party data follows their policies; you can reset your advertising ID in Android settings (Privacy → Ads).

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. As game data lives on your device, you control it at all times. For third-party data, use each provider's tools. To exercise rights against AIDO Media, email privacy@aidomedia.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish DPA (www.aepd.es).

9. Children

Stack & Crash is not directed to children. Due to advertising and in-app purchases, its target audience is 13 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

10. International transfers

Google and RevenueCat (USA) may process data outside the EEA. They adhere to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and use Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard.

11. Changes and contact
