Presupusta is a mobile application developed and published by AIDO Apps, based in Spain. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the application, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD 3/2018).

We don't run any servers. Your quotes, clients and company data live only on your device. The only third party that processes any information is the purchase system (Google Play and RevenueCat), described in section 4. We show no ads and collect no usage analytics.
Presupusta is a tool for creating and sending professional quotes from your phone, designed for freelancers and tradespeople. Everything you enter (clients, line items, prices, your company details) is stored locally on your device in a private SQLite database. There is no user account and no synchronization with any server of ours.
The following data is never transmitted to any server of ours (we have no servers). It is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device:
When you uninstall the application, all of this data is automatically deleted along with it.

Presupusta integrates the following service to manage the optional Pro purchases. Each provider operates under its own responsibility as a data processor:

The Pro version is purchased through Google Play (monthly subscription, annual subscription or one-time payment). We never see your card number, name, address or any other billing data: we only receive from RevenueCat the confirmation that your install is entitled to the Pro features. RevenueCat generates an anonymous ID for your install; from our point of view it is not linked to your real identity.
Local data is kept while the application is installed. You can delete it at any time:
Data held by external providers is retained according to their own policies: Google Play Billing applies the timeframes of the Google Privacy Framework; RevenueCat retains the purchase history while your Pro entitlement is active.

Presupusta is a professional tool aimed at adults carrying out an economic activity. It is not directed at children under 14 years old (the minimum age set by Art. 7 LOPDGDD to consent to the processing of personal data in Spain) and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Google (Play Billing) and RevenueCat (United States) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Both adhere to the EU-USA Data Privacy Framework and apply Standard Contractual Clauses as an additional safeguard.
Your client, quote and company data is stored in Android's private per-app storage (sandbox), not accessible by other apps. Since it is not transmitted to any server of ours, the exposure surface is limited to your own device.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the application or in the law. The date and version of the last update appear at the top of the document. If the changes are substantial, we will notify you within the application before they take effect.
