1. Nature of the application

Presupusta (the "application") is a productivity tool developed by AIDO Apps, based in Spain. It lets you draft, store and share quotes in PDF format from a mobile device. The application simply formats the information the user enters and performs basic arithmetic (subtotals, taxes and totals) based on the data and rates the user configures.

2. Not professional advice

Presupusta does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advisory services. The application is not certified invoicing software and is not a substitute for an advisor, accountant or accounting software.

• The VAT rates (0%, 10%, 21%) and the numbering prefix are configurable default values, not tax recommendations. The user must apply the tax rate and numbering appropriate to their activity and jurisdiction.
• A quote generated with the application is not an invoice and may not meet the legal invoicing requirements of your country.
• For tax, accounting or legal matters, always consult a qualified professional.

3. Responsibility for content

The user is solely responsible for all the information they enter and for the documents they generate and send, including:

• The accuracy of their company details, their clients' details and the line items and prices included in each quote
• The correctness of the tax rates applied and the resulting calculations
• The legal and contractual validity of the quotes issued to their clients
• Compliance with the invoicing, tax and commercial regulations applicable in their country or region
• The processing of their own clients' personal data in accordance with the GDPR, with the user acting as the data controller for such processing

4. Processing of your clients' data

When you store your clients' details in the application (name, phone, email, address), you act as the data controller for that data with respect to them. AIDO Apps merely provides the software that stores it locally on your device and does not access it. It is your responsibility to inform your clients and to have an appropriate legal basis to process their information.

5. Calculations and accuracy

The application calculates subtotals, taxes and totals automatically from the values entered. Although we work to keep them correct, the application is provided without any guarantee of absolute accuracy. The user must always review the amounts before sending a quote to a client. AIDO Apps will not be liable for errors arising from incorrectly entered data, wrong tax rates or rounding.

6. Freemium model — what Pro unlocks

Presupusta is distributed free of charge with full functionality to create and send quotes. The optional Pro version (monthly subscription, annual subscription or one-time payment through Google Play) unlocks:

• Inclusion of your company logo in the PDFs
• Removal of the "Generated with Presupusta" watermark from the PDFs

What is purchased are software features within the application. The purchase does not change the legal or tax validity of the quotes, which remains the user's responsibility.

7. Trademarks and logos

The logo and company details the user adds to the application are provided by and are the responsibility of the user. "Presupusta" and "AIDO Apps" are distinctive signs of AIDO Apps. Any other trademarks that may be mentioned belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIDO Apps will not be liable for:

• The legal, tax, contractual or financial consequences arising from the quotes the user creates, sends or uses
• Errors in the amounts, taxes or text entered by the user
• The loss of locally stored data due to device failure, loss, reset or uninstallation (we recommend exporting your important quotes as PDF)
• Occasional interruptions or failures in the operation of the application
• Use of the application for purposes other than those intended

9. Backing up your data

Since all data is stored only on your device, we recommend keeping copies of important quotes by exporting them as PDF. AIDO Apps holds no copy of your data and therefore cannot recover it if you lose it.

10. Acceptable use

By using Presupusta, the user agrees to:

• Use the application only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable law
• Not use it to issue false, fraudulent or misleading documents
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify or alter the application in order to bypass the Pro purchase system

11. No warranties

The application is provided "AS IS", without express or implied warranty of uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with all devices on the market. AIDO Apps actively works to fix issues reported by email.

12. Modifications

AIDO Apps reserves the right to modify this disclaimer to reflect changes in the application or in the law. The date and version of the last update appear at the top of the document.
