Easy IPTV is a mobile application developed and published by AIDO Apps, based in Spain. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the application, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD 3/2018).
Data controller: AIDO Apps
Contact email: privacy@aidomedia.com
We don't run any servers. Your IPTV credentials and favorites live only on your device. The third parties that do process some information (ads, purchases, crash reports) are listed in section 4 along with their purpose and links to their own policies.
Easy IPTV is an IPTV playlist player. We do not host, provide or control the channels, movies or series you play. Content comes from Xtream Codes or M3U playlists that you enter yourself, typically provided by your IPTV provider. You are solely responsible for the legality of the playlists and the content you access through them (see the Content Notice).
The following data is never transmitted to any servers of ours (we don't have servers). It is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device:
When you uninstall the app, all of this data is automatically deleted with it.
Easy IPTV integrates the following services. Each has its own privacy policy and operates under its own responsibility as a data processor:
| Service | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Show ads to free users | Android Advertising ID (AAID), basic device info, IP | USA (Google LLC) |
| Google Play Billing | Process purchases (Premium lifetime) | Anonymized purchase ID, amount, currency. Buyer identity is handled by Google with your Google account | USA (Google LLC) |
| RevenueCat | Validate and persist your Premium entitlement across installs | Anonymous install ID, Google Play transaction ID, purchase/restore event | USA (RevenueCat, Inc.) |
| Sentry | Crash reports for fixing bugs | Technical crash information: stack trace, app version, device model, Android version, system language. No personal content (we don't send your credentials, favorites or playlist URLs) | EU — Frankfurt (Sentry GmbH) |
| Your IPTV provider | Serve the stream you request | Your Xtream/M3U credentials and stream requests go directly from your device to the provider's server | Wherever the provider operates (not ours) |
| Chromecast (if used) | Send the stream to your Smart TV | Stream is transmitted over your local Wi-Fi. AIDO Apps receives nothing | Local network |
In the European Union, before showing personalized ads we will request your explicit consent via Google's UMP form. Until that integration is live, ads are served non-personalized. You can reset or limit your AAID at any time from Settings → Google → Ads.
The Premium purchase is a one-time payment processed entirely by Google Play. We do not see your card number, name, address or any other billing data: we only receive from RevenueCat the confirmation that your install is entitled to Premium features. RevenueCat generates an anonymous ID for your install; it is not linked to your real identity or to your Google account as far as we can see.
Local data is retained as long as the app is installed. You can delete it at any time:
Data held by external providers is retained according to their own policies: Google AdMob and Google Play Billing follow Google's Privacy Framework timelines; RevenueCat retains the purchase history while your purchase is active (indefinitely for a lifetime entitlement); Sentry retains crash reports for 90 days by default on our account.
As a user in the European Union, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights against AIDO Apps, email us at privacy@aidomedia.com.
If you believe our processing does not comply with the regulation, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
Easy IPTV is rated PEGI 12. It is not directed at children under 14 years old (minimum age for consenting to personal data processing in Spain under Art. 7 LOPDGDD). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. IPTV playlists may contain channels of any nature, including adult content — parents or guardians are responsible for the playlists configured on the device and for the content their minors may access.
Google (AdMob, Play Billing) and RevenueCat (United States) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Both adhere to the EU-USA Data Privacy Framework and apply Standard Contractual Clauses as an additional safeguard. Sentry processes crash reports in its European region (Frankfurt, Germany) — they do not leave the EEA.
Your IPTV credentials are stored in Android's private per-app storage, not accessible by other apps.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or in legislation. The date and version of the last update appear at the top of the document. If changes are substantial, we'll notify you inside the app before they take effect.
