Content Disclaimer

1. Nature of the application

Easy IPTV (hereinafter, "the application") is a multimedia content player developed by AIDO Apps, based in Spain. The application is designed to play video streams distributed through the industry-standard Xtream Codes API protocol and M3U/M3U8 playlists.

The application is functionally analogous to other general-purpose players such as VLC, MX Player or the operating system's native player, with the difference of being specialized in IPTV playlists.

2. AIDO Apps does NOT provide content

AIDO Apps does not host, generate, distribute, aggregate or control the audiovisual content played through Easy IPTV.

We do not maintain streaming servers, channel catalogs, or pre-loaded playlists with unlicensed content. The application is distributed "empty": with no content, no commercial provider URLs, and no recommendations for specific providers.

3. User-supplied playlists

To play content, the user must manually enter one of the following:

• Credentials for an Xtream Codes account (server URL, username, and password) provided by a provider of their choice
• The URL of an M3U/M3U8 playlist obtained by the user through their own means

The user is solely responsible for:

• The origin and legitimacy of the playlists they enter
• The legality of the content accessed through those playlists
• Compliance with intellectual property and copyright laws applicable in their country of residence
• The contractual terms with their IPTV provider

4. No license verification

AIDO Apps has neither the technical capacity nor the legal obligation to verify whether the playlists entered by the user point to licensed or unlicensed content. The user represents and warrants that the playlists they use come from legitimate sources and that they have the necessary rights to access the content those playlists provide access to.

5. No affiliation with providers

AIDO Apps is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or related in any way to any IPTV service provider, television network, audiovisual producer or rights holder. We do not recommend, promote or prefer any specific provider.

6. Demo content

The application includes a single demo preset labeled "Free channels", which loads the public playlist maintained by the iptv-org project. This project aggregates exclusively free-to-air and FAST (free ad-supported TV) channels of public and free distribution, without restricted commercial-license content.

This is the only content source referenced from within the application itself. Any other content is entered by the user.

7. Freemium model — what Premium unlocks

Easy IPTV is distributed free of charge with advertising and a set of limited features. The optional Premium purchase (one-time lifetime payment through Google Play) unlocks:

• Multiple simultaneous IPTV accounts
• Movies and Series tabs
• Full EPG guide (overlay in the player + favorites grid view)
• Chromecast to your Smart TV
• Removal of ads

The Premium purchase does not include, authorize or unlock access to any content. What you pay for are software features inside the app. The content is still whatever your own playlists provide, with your own responsibility over its legality. AIDO Apps receives no payments from IPTV providers and does not act as an intermediary with them at any point.

8. Trademarks and logos

Channel names, logos, trademarks and other distinctive signs that may appear while playing playlists belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in Easy IPTV derives exclusively from the metadata included in the playlists entered by the user, and does not imply any authorization, affiliation or sponsorship by such owners towards AIDO Apps.

9. Copyright claims

If you are a rights holder over content accessed through third-party IPTV playlists and believe there is an infringement, we recommend:

• Contacting directly the IPTV service provider distributing that content without authorization (not AIDO Apps, since we do not host or distribute the content)
• If you wish, you may notify us at privacy@aidomedia.com and, to the extent of our technical means, we will remove any reference to that source that may exist in the application's presets (not in playlists entered by users, since we do not control them)

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIDO Apps shall not be responsible for:

• The legality, quality, availability or accuracy of the content accessed by the user through the playlists they configure themselves
• Any damage, penalty or claim arising from the illegal or unauthorized use of content through the application
• Interruptions, failures or service degradation caused by third-party IPTV servers
• Any exposure to inappropriate, offensive or harmful content that may be contained in a playlist entered by the user
• The consequences of using Cast, EPG or other features in combination with playlists from illegitimate sources

11. Acceptable use

By using Easy IPTV, the user agrees to:

• Use the application only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable law
• Respect the intellectual property rights of content owners
• Not use the application as a means to distribute, retransmit or commercialize content without the appropriate licenses
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify or alter the application in order to bypass advertising or the Premium purchase system

12. No warranty

The application is provided "AS IS", without express or implied warranty of uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with all Android devices on the market. AIDO Apps actively works to fix bugs reported via Sentry or by email.

13. Modifications

AIDO Apps reserves the right to modify this notice to reflect changes in the application or in legislation. The date and version of the last update appear at the top of the document.
